Angeline Effinger

Angeline C. Effinger, died May 2, 2016, at age 100, at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Proctor. Born in Duluth on March 7, 1916 to John and Mary Ann Koscielak. Angie had attended Denfeld High School and later married Lawrence F. Effinger in Duluth on June 13, 1942. Angie had been a member of Holy Family Catholic Church (St. Jean's) and it's Choir. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband , and all siblings. Angie is survived by her children Jane Kjeseth, Patricia "Buffy" Effinger, Gerald(Kristy)Effinger, Timothy Effinger, Mary(Steven)Swor, Gregory Effinger and Marge(David)Back, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation is Friday, May 6, at 10AM until the 11AM Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2430 W. 3rd St., Duluth. Procession to Calvary Cemetery will follow. Memorials to Holy Family Catholic Church in lieu of flowers. Williams-Lobermeier-Boettcher Funeral Home is entrusted with final care.
