Clifford A. Nelson Clifford Nelson of Duluth and St. Paul passed on December 23rd following a short cancer fight. Cliff was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Virginia (Ginny Kessler) Nelson in 2013. He is survived by daughters: Cory Stellmaker, Denise Nelson, Lunette Blomgren (Dean), and Angela Hansen (Jim); grandchildren; Alyssa (Hassan), Ryan (Tanya), Dean (Yodi), Jake (Kristina), Patricia (Jeffery), Kevin, Sean; and great grandchildren; Kayden, Nishiime, McKenzie, Nindaanis, Maci, Thalia, Graham, Aviana and one on the way. Cliff was pleased to have shared the last 2+ years of his life with his sweetheart, Marion Spies. Cliff was born June 21, 1931. He loved his family, movies, and food. He served his country for over 20 years and believed in buying US. Visitation: Friday 5-8 pm with 6:30 wake prayers all at Williams-Lobermeier-Boettcher Funeral Home, Duluth. Visitation continues from 10 until the 11am Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, at St. James Catholic Church, Duluth. Burial at Polish Catholic Cemetery. Williams-Lobermeier-Boettcher Funeral Home is entrusted with final care.
