David Koschak Sr.

David M. Koschak Sr., passed away unexpectedly on February 8, 2022 at the age of 61. Preceded in death by mother, Mary Ann Ofstad (Tom); father, Thomas Jerome Koschak. Survived by children, Constance (Jerome) Koschak-Nelson and David (Justine) Koschak Jr; grandchildren, Victoria, Logan, Zeke, Owen, Ashton, Brecken, Andie; sisters, Danette Carlson, Debra Bergman; and extended family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling. He was a handyman, who would always help neighbors and friends with anything that needed fixing. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, February 17, 2022 with a Visitation beginning at 10:30am at Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home, 3208 W. 3rd Street, Duluth, MN.  Interment at Minnesota Veterans Cemetery.
