Howard Huttel

Howard W. Huttel, 87, Duluth, died Jan. 19, 2015 in St. Luke's Hospice. He was born in Duluth on December 1, 1927 to Charles and Florence Huttel. Howard had attended Duluth Central High School and was an Army veteran of World War II. He had worked at the Superwood Corporation for over 40 years, retiring as a forming line operator, in l990. Howard was a member of Pike Lake Presbyterian Church and the West Duluth American Legion. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his children Gloria Mesenbrink, Roseville, Calif., Colleen Hale, Las Vegas Nev., LeRoy Longshore, in South Dakota, Warren (Ryann) Huttel, Duluth; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. VISITATION: 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday, January 24, 2015 in Williams-Lobermeier-Boettcher Funeral Home. Entombment Sunrise Cemetery.
