Lisa Hanson

Lisa Hanson, 58, of Proctor, died Saturday, July 26, 2025 in Essentia Health surrounded by her family. Lisa was born on October 1, 1966 in Duluth to Neil and Carol (Oraskovich) Tolan. She was a 1985 graduate of Denfeld High School. Lisa married James Hanson in Duluth on February 14, 1995. Lisa worked at the Fond-du-Luth Casino for 18 years as a inventory supervisor. She was a member of the Augustana Lutheran Church in Midway Township. Lisa enjoyed traveling, camping and bowling in leagues at Stadium and Skyline Bowling Lanes. She was preceded in death by her father, Neil; paternal grandparents, Raymond and Jesse Tolan; maternal grandparents, Louis and Betty Oraskovich. Lisa is survived by her husband, James; daughters, Amber (Maurice) Williams and Amy (David) Evans; her mother, Carol Tolan; twin brothers, Tracy and Troy Tolan; grandchildren, Lily, Savanah and Granger; her best friend, Connie O’Brien. Visitation 10 am until the 11 am funeral service Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Augustana Lutheran Church. 3251 Midway Road. Burial in the Augustana Lutheran Cemetery.
