Marjorie Frolek

Marjorie Ann Frolek, 82, of Duluth, formerly of Two Harbors, died on Friday, October 19, 2012 at St. Eligius Health Center after a battle with cancer. Marge was born June 22, 1930 in Duluth to Edith (Johnson) and Bob Byce. She attended Two Harbors High School and graduated in 1948 with honors. Following graduation from high school, she was employed by attorney Albert Henry for two years and then worked in the Lake County assessor's office as a clerk for many years until her retirement. Marge loved to work in her flower and vegetable gardens. She married Joe Frolek later in her life and he preceded her in death. Survivors include her brother, Ken Byce (Jackie Bradley) of Madison, Wisc and her dear friend, Bea Kehr of Duluth. Following Marge's wishes, there will be no services.
