Martha G. Winterstrom, 80, of Haines Rd, died Friday, January 11, 2013, in Essentia Health St. Mary's. She was born on November 25, 1932 to Steffen and Anna Kaarbo in Duluth. Martha was a graduate of Denfeld High School. She married William Winterstrom on October 24, 1953. Martha worked for the Target Store as a bookkeeper retiring in 1976. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William; a brother, John Kaarbo; a sister-in-law, Shirley McLevis; a brother-in-law, Lyle Winterstrom, a niece, Kathy Kaarbo. She is survived by nieces and nephews, Todd (Carmen) Kaarbo, John 'Jack' (Carol) Kaarbo, Michael (Dianne) Kaarbo, Tim (Randi) Kaarbo, George Kaarbo, Maria (Jay) Sorensen, James (Joni) Jimnak, Sheryl (Russ) Kiero, Michael (Laurie) Jimnak and John (Shawn) Kaarbo; a sister-in- law, Patricia (Leonard) Hall of Proctor; a brother-in-law, Robert (Jean) Winterstrom of California; Godchildren, Shirley (Rich) William of Duluth, Thomas (Anna ) Hall of Texas, Steven (Bonnie) Hall, of Floodwood; many great nieces and nephews and neighbors, Cheryl and Lee Wise, Barb Blazejak, and Marie Underdahl.
