Neil Tolan

Neil Joseph Tolan, age 76, of Duluth, MN died Sunday, July 7, 2019 at North Shore Estates.  Neil was born July 22, 1942 in Duluth to Raymond and Jessie Tolan.  He married Carol Oraskovich on March 21, 1964.  Neil was drafted in the Navy in Nov, 1966 to 1968.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Jessie.  Neil is survived by his wife Carol of 55 years, his children Lisa (Jim) Hanson, Troy Tolan and Tracy Tolan, all of Duluth; his  granddaughters Amber (Reese) Williams of Cloquet and Amy (David) Evans of Superior, WI; and his great-granddaughters Lily Williams and Savanah Evans.  VISITATION:  Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 10 – 11 AM, followed by the funeral service at 11 AM at Williams-Lobermeier-Boettcher Funeral Home.  Burial will be at Oneota Cemetery.  Arrangements by Williams-Lobermeier-Boettcher Funeral Home,3208 W. 3rd.
