Robert MacLeod

Robert J. "Bob" MacLeod, 88, of Duluth, died Saturday, August 9, 2014 in Chris Jensen Health Center. He was born on July 4, 1926 to William and Mary (Hager) MacLeod. Bob served in the Navy during World War II on the LSM 469 in the South Pacific. Bob retired from Diamond Tool. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Charlotte, and a daughter, Janet MacLeod. He is survived by two sons, Paul (Tracey) of Duluth and Dan (Meg) of South Portland, Maine; a granddaughter, Allison MacLeod of Minneapolis. Visitation will be from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Friday, August 15, 2014 in the Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home. Burial in Park Hill Cemetery.
