Teresa Ann Johnson, 52, of Hermantown, passed away peacefully at Essentia Health St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by her family after a long battle with pulmonary veno-occlusive disease on June 28, 2012. Teresa was born in Eveleth, MN on May 20, 1960 to Louis and Sally Muhich.
