Terry Ann Amell. 71, of Duluth, went to be her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 9, 2015 in St. Luke's Hospice. She was born in San Diego, Calif on May 30, 1943 to Gordon and Evelyn (Hassing) Amell. Terry was a graduate of Denfeld High School and retired from Minnesota Power where she worked as a data entry specialist. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and supported the ASPCA and Animal Allies Humane Society. She was preceded in death by her parents. Terry is survived by a brother, G.T. Amell and wife, Regina of Newnan, GA; two nieces, Michelle Amell of St. Michael, MN and Jennifer Wright and husband, Eric of Clemmons, NC; great-niece, Alyssa Martin of Clemmons; her loving Boston Terrier, Annie Rose. Visitation will be from 12 noon until the 1 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Bethany Baptist Church, 6700 Grand Ave. Pastor Randy Brodeen officiating.
