Verley Pederson

Verley Ann Pederson, 84, of Duluth, MN died Friday July 26, 2013. She was born August 14, 1928 in Osakis, Minnesota the daughter of the late Peter and Evelyn Peterson. She grew up in downtown Duluth where her parents operated a grocery store. She was happily married to David A. Pederson, Sr. until he passed away in 1996. Verley was a member of the Duluth Seventh-day Adventist Church. Praise the Lord that she is resting in Him until His glorious appearing! She enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, and sewing. Verley is survived by her sister, Vesta Peterson; her son David A. (Penny) Pederson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Juli (Gary) Blood and Erik (Rebecca) Pederson, and 5 great-grandchildren, Michael and Jason Blood, and Austin, Kyle and Taylor Pederson. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 3, at 4:00 p.m. at the Duluth Seventh-day Adventist Church, 3210 Decker Rd., Duluth, MN. Burial in Oneota Cemetery. Memorials to Seventh-day Adventist Church would be appreciated.
