William Pfister

William J. Pfister, 49, of Solon Springs, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 6, 2018. Bill was born January 13, 1969 in Duluth, Minnesota to Joseph and Phylis Pfister. He graduated from Denfeld High School in Duluth in 1987. He was employed by Duluth Brass & Aluminum Company since 1990. He was a fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Timberwolves. He loved hockey, golfing, playing cards with his daughter, Hannah, and playing video games with his son, Aaron.  Bill was a hardworking man with a kind soul, and a funny person to be around. He will be missed terribly. He was a beloved father, brother, son and uncle. Bill is survived by his mother, Phylis Pfister, Superior, WI; two loving children, Hannah, 18, and Aaron, 16, both of Solon Springs, WI; mother of his children, Tina Pfister; sisters Donna Peloquin (husband Mark, daughters Betsy and Katie), Darlene Pfister (daughter Marissa), and Carrie Jewison (husband Ryan, daughter Olivia, sons Owen and Drew); brothers Robert, Walter (wife Angie), Matt (wife Brooke, sons Jackson & Nolan), and Peter (wife Amy, sons Maxwell and Nathaniel).   He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph D. Visitation will be 5-7PM, Wednesday, July 11, 2018 in William Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home 3208 W 3rd Street, Duluth, MN 55806, Visitation will continue Thursday, from 10AM until the 11AM Mass of Christian Burial in St Pius X Catholic Church, 11651 US-53 BUS, Solon Springs, WI 54873.
