Eileen Lane

Eileen M. Lane, 96, of Duluth, passed away peacefully Friday, September 3, 2021.  She was born in Duluth to Frank and Rachael Hurley.

She graduated from Central High School in 1942.  She was married for 32 years to Lawrence “Larry” Lane (1974).  Eileen worked at Newman’s Pharmacy, and Benedictine Health Center. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, American Legion Aux 71, V.F.W. Aux 137, All American Club, and Rosary Society.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lawrence; daughter, Patricia Langlois; grandson, Scott Langlois; and brother, Robert Hurley.

Eileen is survived by son, Dennis (Linda) Lane; daughters, Mary Jo (John) Lindstrom, and Kathleen “Kay” (Chuck) Shipka; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and son-in-law, Thomas Langlois.

Funeral Service will be 11AM, Thursday, September 9, 2021, with visitation one-hour prior, in Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home, 3208 W 3rd Street, Duluth, MN 55806.  Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
